Please note that while we aim to provide flexible service options, selecting “Repair” is not always appropriate or feasible. In some cases, the unit may be damaged beyond the scope of standard repair procedures. When a component has sustained significant wear or internal damage, it may not be possible to restore it to serviceable condition through a basic repair. In such situations, a full Overhaul is required to return the unit to operational standards.
Choosing “Repair” when the unit actually requires an Overhaul can lead to delays in processing and turnaround time. This is because we cannot proceed with the Overhaul without prior customer authorization. If our inspection reveals that an Overhaul is necessary, we will need to contact you to obtain approval before any further work can be carried out. This extra step in communication and decision-making can slow down the workflow, particularly if authorization is not promptly provided.
To ensure the most efficient handling of your unit and to avoid unnecessary delays, we recommend selecting “Overhaul” if there is any uncertainty about the extent of the damage or service needed. This allows us to proceed without interruption and helps expedite the return of your unit in optimal condition.
